GRAÍÑO LEGAL, or its attorneys/economists, have been appointed as insolvency managers in insolvency proceedings throughout Spain and have acquired substantial expertise in the field while actively reinforcing that expertise every day by attending various conferences, courses and sessions organised by the industry's major players. Our extensive experience as advocates of companies in insolvency proceedings and of creditors defending their rights in the most varied of insolvency proceedings has served as collateral vis-à-vis the commercial courts when appointing us on an recurring basis.
